Starting with a particular metro station makes sense when the daily journey matters more than a broad district name. On ROXU, the route begins at the Apartments near Tashkent metro page. It shows current listings and leads into the catalogue’s progressive filters. It does not calculate walking time or automatically certify that every visible listing is close to a station. Select a station from the available landmarks, then verify the real route separately.

Where to start

Open the Apartments near Tashkent metro page. No sign-in is required to browse it. The upper section contains a short introduction and the deal choice; current property cards appear below. Do not assume the whole initial list is already filtered to the station you need. Treat the page as the entrance to the workflow and use the filters for the actual narrowing.

Before clicking, decide whether you want to buy or rent and note the exact station name. In listing data, a station may appear inside a longer landmark label. Writing down the target helps: attractive photographs are very good at making people forget why they began with a commute requirement.

Choose the deal and category

Select Sale or Rent. ROXU continues the search in the catalogue with that deal applied. The next stage offers Residential or Commercial property. Choose Residential for an apartment.

The filter opens one level at a time. That keeps apartments separate from offices and prevents rental listings from mixing with a purchase search. Numbers beside the choices reflect records available in the current catalogue. They change as listings change and should not be treated as permanent market statistics.

Set the property type and district

Once Residential is selected, open Property type and choose Apartments. A district field then becomes available. Select the district containing the station or the entrance that works for your journey.

The district is a technical way to reduce the landmark list, not a rating of the neighbourhood. If two districts could work, complete the same sequence for each one rather than mixing both searches. This makes the final shortlist easier to understand.

Choose a station as a landmark

After the district is selected, ROXU displays the Landmark, school, university or work field. This is not a free-text search box. Its options come from landmarks stored in the current listings that match the chosen deal, category, property type and district. Find the metro station name in that list and select it.

If the station is absent, do not pick a similar label simply to obtain a result. The missing option only means that this landmark is not present in the current filtered set. It does not prove that no housing exists near the station. Try the other deal, check an adjacent district where appropriate, or return after the catalogue has been updated.

When a landmark is chosen, the catalogue refreshes the result. The selected parameters are retained in the page URL, so you can bookmark it for your own shortlist. The link does not freeze the inventory: reopening it shows the catalogue as it exists at that later time.

Check the results and property page

Do not judge a result by its photograph alone. Depending on the fields completed for a listing, the card can show the deal, price, title, district, landmark, rooms, area and floor. Match the landmark to the station you selected, then open a candidate through its title or View property link.

On the property page, use the arrows to inspect the photos and check the heading, price and key attributes. Continue to the Location section. When coordinates are available, ROXU provides an Open map link to an external mapping service. A station name in a heading or description is still a landmark label, not a measured distance.

Verify the real route

ROXU does not display a verified number of metres or minutes from the building door to a metro entrance. After the first shortlist, open the map from the property page and build the actual walking route to the entrance you intend to use. Look at road crossings, courtyards, barriers and the conditions at your normal travel time.

If the exact point is missing or the address is too general, ask the responsible specialist before travelling. Do not borrow coordinates from a neighbouring building or turn a straight line into a walking-time claim. A useful status is simply: route checked, point needs confirmation, or insufficient data.

Return to the results

After viewing the listing, use the browser’s Back button to return to the filtered catalogue. If the browsing history is no longer available, open Catalogue from the main menu and repeat: deal, Residential, Apartments, district, landmark. A bookmarked filtered URL is faster, but confirm that the listing is still active before making contact.
