How to Use the ROXU Map: Open a Property from a Marker and Go to the Catalogue

A step-by-step guide to the current ROXU map: open a property page from a numbered marker, go back, and use the catalogue for precise filtering.

What the ROXU map shows

The ROXU map is a separate page containing numbered markers linked to property listings. Each marker is a link: selecting it opens the corresponding property page. This is useful when you prefer to start with a visual overview rather than a long list and want to inspect several listings one by one.

The map helps you move quickly from a marker to a listing. For structured selection by transaction, category, property type and district, use the Tashkent property catalogue. The two sections complement one another: the map offers direct links to property pages, while the catalogue groups listings by selected parameters.

How to open the map

Open the ROXU map from the main navigation. The page displays the “Properties on the map” heading and a field of numbered markers. The marker set follows the current catalogue, so the numbers should not be treated as permanent listing identifiers.

If the website is open in another language, choose RU, UZ or EN. The language changes interface labels and listing copy, while the path remains the same: map → marker → property page.

Wait until the page has fully loaded before selecting a marker. On a slower connection the background may appear before the markers. If the field remains empty, refresh once. Repeatedly selecting several places before loading finishes will not make it faster.

How to read numbered markers

The overview field contains green markers with numbers. A number helps distinguish nearby interface elements, but it is not a listing code and does not guarantee that the same property will have the same number on a later visit. Persistent information is kept on the property page: its title, listing code, price, attributes and URL.

On a computer, pause the pointer over a marker and the browser shows the title of the linked listing. Select it once to continue. On a phone, a short tap is enough. The marker leads directly to the property page without an intermediate list.

Open the listing and read its Location section to clarify the address. Where an exact point is available, the card includes a link to an external map. Where precise coordinates are missing, the site presents broader location information and says that the exact point is unavailable.

What to check on the property page

After opening a marker, first compare the title and essential attributes with your needs. Check the transaction, property type, area, number of rooms, floor and district — but only where those fields are actually present. Then browse the photographs and read the description.

Always read price together with currency. Depending on the property data, ROXU listings may display U.E. or Uzbek soums. Do not transfer a price from one page to another or draw a conclusion from a single similar listing.

The Location section shows what geographic information is available for that property. A marker or an external mapping service is a navigation aid, not documentary proof of an address. OpenStreetMap explains that its data is maintained by a community and is not accompanied by a warranty from original data providers. Confirm the viewing address with the responsible professional before travelling.

How to return to the map

Use the browser’s Back control to open another marker. It returns to the previous page and will normally preserve the point from which you followed the link. On iPhone and Android this is the browser’s standard back arrow; on a computer it sits to the left of the address bar.

If you have followed several pages and want to restart, choose Map in the main navigation. The page opens the numbered marker field again.

You can bookmark a promising property page or copy its URL. Save the listing URL, not the marker number. The number on the overview can change when the catalogue set changes.

How to go to the catalogue and continue searching

In the ROXU catalogue, begin with the transaction: sale or rent. Then narrow the category to residential or commercial and choose an available property type. If district is important, select it in the district field. The catalogue updates the property cards according to the selected parameters.

Avoid applying every restriction at once. If very few results remain, keep the transaction and district and inspect the available property types. If there are too many results, add area, rooms or another requirement that genuinely matters. This makes it easier to see which condition is narrowing the set.

After opening a listing from the catalogue, use Back to return and continue. The map and catalogue complement one another: the first offers quick marker-to-page links, while the second provides step-by-step filtering.

How to use the map on a phone

Hold the phone vertically and scroll to the marker field. Use a short tap rather than a long press, which may open the device’s link menu.

After checking a listing, use the system back arrow. If the browser reloads the map, scroll to the marker field again. For a more precise workflow, open the menu and choose Catalogue; it is better suited to selecting sale or rent, category, type and district in sequence.

• Check the title, code, price, attributes, photographs and description.
• Use the Location section to understand how precise the geographic information is.
• Return with the browser’s Back control and open another marker.
