How to choose a Tashkent district without regretting the move
Assess a district through the daily commute, infrastructure, the building and your plans for the next few years.
Start with the commute
Test the route to work or school in the morning and evening. The same map distance can take very different amounts of time due to intersections, traffic and public transport.
Visit at different times
A daytime viewing will not reveal evening noise, parking pressure or lighting. Return after work and walk the route.
Separate the district from the building
A good location does not replace checks on the building itself: access, utilities, courtyard, documents and future costs.
